Job Description

The Coordinator - Assistive Technology Clinic, is responsible for the overall running of KTWOs clinics which provides products & services of their brands KARE and SCOOT, at the moment.

You will be required to design strategies and long-term plans, independently, in meeting the goals. The strategies and plans will have to be approved by Manager – AT clinics. The job tasks and other details provided are specific to FY 25-26, unless mentioned otherwise.

A) KEY TASKS FOR SPECIFIED DURATION: (% indicate weightage attached to each task)

1) Through service provision, contribute in meeting yearly revenue targets. Breakdown of revenue targets for different locations are indicated below. A detailed target sheet (excel) is provided along with this document.

2) Fully comply with clinical processes and systems followed in the company that ensures the highest standard of patient care and treatment outcome.

3) Build high-quality, cost-effective teams at respective clinics (hub) & spoke locations to meet the customer volumes.

4) Manage WIP effectively, with maximum of 60 days turnaround period.

5) Directly responsible for 10% of revenue targets generated via cross selling between brands.

6) Directly responsible for 10% of revenue targets generated via upselling between brands.

7) Provide direct input and/or mobilize clinical personnel & resources in supporting smooth functioning of marketing activities under the management of respective marketing managers. More generic tasks are stated below

  • Participate as required in the development and roll-out of customer service protocols & process, as the company pivots to an omni-channel service model.
  • Facilitate harmonious working culture between clinics and marketing personnel at all levels.

8) Assist the Manager – AT clinics in providing necessary support in meeting requirements from cross-revenue departments (tender/CSR/TM/DM/Finance) and operations department (HR/Finance/Logistics/Admin).

B.1) ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBIITIES:

9) Participate actively in management meetings as required and take forward actions.

10) Responsible for making sure that stock of raw materials, components and prefabricated devices is maintained properly in the branch (including in-house lab).

11) Conduct weekly clinical meetings with the specialists and clinical team members.

12) Manage the patient schedule for Hubs and spokes which includes the clinic, outreach, home/hospital/outstation visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
