ASSISTANT.E COMPTABLE

As a member of the Financial Department and reporting to the Accounting Manager within your scope, you will be responsible for monitoring and controlling accounting operations across multiple sites. Your role will contribute to the overall accuracy of the Group's accounts. Your area of responsibility includes to date ANIM SPORT LRMC: - Sports villages in Occitanie (GRUISSAN, Lac de Saint-Ferrol REVEL, STE, PORT BARCARS, SAINT-CYPRIEN, PORT CAMARGUE, ST LAURENT DE CERDANS) - Sports villages in the Massif Central (Monts du Cantal, le LIORAN, HAUT ALLIER PRADES) Your tasks will involve: - Monitoring operations related to supplier accounting disputes and advances - Entering supplier invoices in SAP and verifying accounting data - Tracking junior medical expenses with operations input in SAP, both for clients and suppliers - Contributing to the integration of cash flows by ensuring customer billing and collection monitoring and assisting in reconciling cash flows from various cash tools (Kzia, general cash, and others) - Assisting in reconciling certain accounts.,
