Assistant Yoga Teacher

The job is located at Yoga Mandir, MIT Vishwaprayag University, Solapur, Maharashtra. As the Yoga Teacher Assistant, you will report to the Senior Yoga Teacher and play a vital role in conducting daily morning Yoga sessions for students, faculty, and staff. Your responsibilities will include assisting in Yoga courses, therapy sessions, and special programs, supporting Yoga workshops, camps, and outreach activities, maintaining attendance records, and assisting with monthly reports. You will be responsible for ensuring the safe practice and understanding of Yoga techniques among the participants and providing assistance in the administration, promotion, and upkeep of Yoga Mandir. To be eligible for this role, you should have a PGDYEd or equivalent qualification from a recognized institute, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Yoga teaching. Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Marathi languages is required, and skills such as clarity in instructions, collaboration, and basic computer knowledge are essential.
