You will be responsible for assisting in reviewing and processing warranty claims from customers and service teams. This includes maintaining accurate records of all warranty claims and approvals, as well as organizing warranty-related documents, invoices, and service reports. Your role will also involve ensuring timely approval and processing of claims from manufacturers or suppliers. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate with customers regarding warranty coverage, claim status, and resolution. To be considered for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the same field is required, with a preference for experience in the commercial segment. The job is located in Tatibandh, Raipur (CG) and is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. In-person work at the specified location is necessary. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around supporting the warranty claims process and maintaining clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
