Join us as an Assistant Vice President Non-Tech Sourcing at Barclays, where you'll spearhead the evolution of the digital landscape, driving innovation and excellence to revolutionize our digital offerings for unparalleled customer experiences. **Key Responsibilities:** - Profile spend in category area and develop an understanding of business strategy, requirements, cost levers, and opportunities. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify sourcing needs, develop requests for proposal, and ensure sourcing activities align with the bank's needs and priorities. - Plan and execute sourcing events including RFP/ RFXs, negotiations for value, speed, compliance, and risk. - Monitor and guide controls and compliance requirements through the category and sourcing cycle from request to contract, including regulatory engagement, audits, and data quality. - Develop, implement, and operate policies and procedures for sourcing activities aligned with standards, compliance, and regulations. - Identify and deliver change opportunities to improve effectiveness, control, and efficiency of sourcing processes including buying channel optimization. - Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to sourcing and category management. **Qualifications Required:** - Global Stakeholder Management experience. - Sourcing exposure for Capital Real Estate & other categories like Bank Ops, Marketing, etc. - Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills. - Team Player with a proactive approach. - Engineering background/MBA preferred. - Mid-Senior Role experience. - Proven deliveries with an individual contributor role. The location for this role is based out of Noida. In this role, you will be expected to advise and influence decision-making, contribute to policy development, and take responsibility for operational effectiveness. You will collaborate closely with other functions/business divisions and lead a team performing complex tasks.
