Assistant Vice President MI AND ANALYTICS, CLIENT SERVICE

As an Assistant Vice President MI and Analytics, Client Service at HSBC, you will have a significant impact by contributing to risk and control management within the Sales frontline. Your role will involve conducting risk and control periodic testing across regions, supporting GPS Sales in managing Management Self-Identified Issues (MSIIs), and collaborating with Internal Audit and Compliance Assurance teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct risk and control periodic testing across regions - Support GPS Sales in managing Management Self-Identified Issues (MSIIs) - Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance Assurance teams for efficient audits/reviews - Develop relationships with regional GPS Chief Control Office teams and Sales Business Management Team - Identify opportunities to drive best practices in risk and control management within the Sales frontline - Become a subject matter expert on GPS Sales risk and control procedures and bank policies Qualifications Required: - Previous experience with non-financial risk and control management - Previous experience as an Internal Auditor or depth of experience in being audited multiple times - Delivery-focused with the ability to prioritize workload effectively - Proficient in Excel data manipulation, such as vlookup across large datasets - Preferred: Previous experience working within a Chief Control Office team - Preferred: Ability to write Excel macros Join HSBC and be part of one of the largest banking and financial services organizations in the world.
