- Lead end to end operations of the steel Melting Shop including EAF, LRF, Vaccum Degassing & CCM.
- Drive steel production to meet quality, productivity, cost, energy efficiency and safety target.
-Ensure Metallurgical quality for grades such as automotive, forging and bearing steel grades.
-Oversee performance of refractories quality management & TPM initiatives.
-Work closely with QA/QC/R&D and process control for driving process improvements and trials.
-Coordinate with rolling mills and PPC to ensure smooth process flow.
-Lead budgeting, capex projects, productive improvement and operator skill enhancement.
