Job Summary:

Assist the class teacher in delivering lessons, managing classroom activities, and supporting students learning and well-being across academic and co-curricular areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the main teacher in lesson planning, classroom management, and student supervision.
Help prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and learning aids.
Provide individual attention to students who need extra help.
Assist in maintaining student records, attendance, and assessments.
Accompany students during school activities, events, and excursions.
Maintain discipline and ensure safety and hygiene in the classroom.
Coordinate with other teachers and staff for smooth execution of school programs.

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate with B.Ed. / NTT / D.El.Ed. (as applicable).
1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred (freshers with good communication skills may also apply).

Skills Required:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and enthusiasm for working with children.
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
Basic computer knowledge and classroom management skills.
