Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant to join our team at Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Limited. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in sample collection and a strong background in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or clinical research.

Roles and Responsibility

Assist in the development and implementation of new sample collection techniques.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient sample collection processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.
Conduct site visits to monitor and evaluate sample collection practices.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in sample collection.
Provide training and support to junior staff members on sample collection best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, chemistry, or pharmacy.
Proven experience in sample collection, preferably in a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or clinical research setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality control procedures is desirable.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
