Assistant Project Manager

As an Assistant Project Manager in our legal-tech environment based in Mohali, Punjab, you will be responsible for managing and executing Document-Based Review (DBR) projects. We are seeking a technically sound and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management within the Legal or Technical domain. Your key responsibilities will include executing automation scripts for structured data extraction such as OCR and PDFs, exporting data to Excel with logic-based formatting, utilizing Python, MySQL, and Excel for deduplication and clean-up tasks, handling grouping, classification, and data integrity checks, as well as automating daily reporting on team productivity. You will collaborate closely with both legal and tech teams to ensure project success. The ideal candidate for this role would have at least 3 years of experience in legal support, data operations, or tech project management, possess proficiency in Python, MySQL, Excel, OCR tools, and SharePoint, demonstrate excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and be willing to relocate to Mohali/Chandigarh and work on-site.
