Role Overview

We are inviting applications for the position of Assistant Professor in Community Health Nursing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching, clinical training, mentoring students, and contributing to the overall academic development of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct theory and practical classes in Community Health Nursing.
• Supervise and mentor B.Sc. and M.Sc. Nursing students during clinical and community postings.
• Guide students in research projects, dissertations, and fieldwork activities.
• Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and evaluation tools.
• Participate in curriculum development, academic committees, and departmental activities.
• Ensure adherence to ethical, professional, and regulatory standards in nursing education.
• Engage in professional development, workshops, and research activities.

Qualification & Requirements

• Educational Qualification: M.Sc. Nursing (Specialization in Community Health Nursing).
• Experience: 1–4 years of teaching/clinical/academic experience (exceptional freshers may also be considered).
• Registration: Valid HNRC (Haryana Nurses Registration Council) registration is mandatory.
• Strong communication and mentoring skills.
