Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions as per curriculum for undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessments aligned with program objectives.
• Guide students in academic projects, research activities, and internships.
• Participate in curriculum development and academic planning activities of the department.
• Engage in research, publish papers, and represent the institution at conferences and academic forums.
• Conduct internal assessments, evaluations, and maintain accurate student academic records.
• Participate in departmental meetings, academic audits, and quality initiatives of the institution.
• Mentor and counsel students for academic and career development.
• Undertake administrative duties assigned by the department head as required.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Allied Health Sciences
• PhD or currently pursuing PhD in a relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience in a recognized institution (fresh postgraduates with an exceptional academic record may also apply).
• Registration with relevant councils, where applicable.
