Assistant Professor (Business Analytics)

Softvision College is looking for a highly qualified and experienced Faculty of Business Analytics to join our team. As a Faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching, conducting research, and contributing to the service in the field of Business Analytics. The ideal candidate should meet the UGC/AICTE norms, possess a strong academic background in Management, have a passion for teaching, and demonstrate the ability to motivate and guide students towards academic excellence. The candidate should hold a Master's degree (MBA) in the relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks from an Indian University. Preference will be given to candidates with UGC NET/SLET/SET qualifications and Ph.D. holders. Key Responsibilities: - Teach subjects related to Business Analytics such as Introduction to Business Analytics, Predictive Modeling, Statistical Programming in R, Data Visualization for Managers, and Spread Sheet Modeling & Application to Modeling in Business to both Undergraduate and Postgraduate students. - Demonstrate a good command over the subject and proficiency in the English language. - Engage students in beyond curriculum teaching to enhance their learning experience. Skills Required: - Passion for teaching and a deep interest in the subject matter. - Ability to come up with creative and innovative teaching ideas. - Willingness to continuously learn and adapt. - Excellent communication skills. - Strong desire to mentor and develop young talent. - Possess a growth mindset and exceptional networking abilities. - Strong academic background. Experience: - 0-2 years of teaching experience is preferred.
