Job Description – Assistant Merchandiser (Spinning / Weaving)
Location: Focal Point, Ludhiana
Salary: ₹18,000 to ₹21,000 CTC
Qualification: Diploma / Degree (Mechanical)
Experience: 1–2 years in Textile Industry (Home Furnishing Products)
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with buyers regarding sampling activities
Handle sampling for new developments
Plan new orders to ensure timely delivery of samples
Prepare samples from initial procedure to final stage
Follow up and implement all tech pack requirements
Explain styling details to sample master
Ensure quality standards of samples are maintained
Manage end-to-end sampling processes
Develop trims and fabrics as required
Source trims and accessories for sample development
Submit samples to buyers and follow up for approvals
Coordinate closely with the production manager
