About the Role

As Assistant Marketing Manager, you will be at the centre of our marketing function. You will plan and run campaigns across social media, websites, email and events, and work side by side with our sales, pre-sales and leadership teams.

Key Responsibilities

Social media marketing

• Review and finalise the social media content calendar with the team, built around our solution offerings.
• Make sure every post is clear, on-brand, and speaks to business decision-makers.

Website and SEO

• Own website pages from start to finish: functionality, content, and design.
• Write web content and work with designers to bring new pages to life.
• Optimise pages for SEO and work to improve our Google rankings.

Email marketing and lead generation

• Partner with the sales and pre-sales teams to plan and run email campaigns that generate leads.
• Build and maintain a clean, well-organised marketing database.

Performance marketing

• Generate quality leads through paid campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Plan budgets, targeting and ad creatives, and run A/B tests to improve results.
• Track key metrics such as cost per lead, click-through rate, and conversions, and optimise campaigns regularly.

Events and trade shows

• Plan and manage events and trade shows end-to-end.
• Coordinate with vendors and venue teams, shape the event messaging, and handle logistics.

Coordination and reporting

• Work with external agencies and partners to deliver marketing projects on time.
• Share regular reports on marketing activities and results with the management team.

What we're looking for

• A graduate in any discipline. An MBA in Marketing is a plus.
• Experience in B2B marketing. A background in IT, SaaS, or cybersecurity is an advantage, but not essential.
• Hands-on experience with Zoho tools (CRM, Campaigns, Social) and other marketing tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A good understanding of SEO, website content, and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience running Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns for lead generation.
• Strong organizational skills and the confidence to coordinate with many teams at once.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
