Assistant Manger- Technology Services

The job responsibilities for this position include analyzing and converting business requirements to technical specifications, designing and developing end-to-end test plans for API, Azure, and DevOps, writing complex test automation scripts, performing application performance testing, adopting and experimenting with new technologies, demonstrating a high level of ownership, leadership, and drive in contributing innovative solutions, working effectively within a team environment, and interfacing with both external and internal customers at all levels. The role also requires the ability to analyze problems, understand the necessary components of a solution through analysis, planning, evaluation of cost/benefit, testing, and reporting. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance/accounts, or a related discipline, along with 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in Core Java, Advanced Java, and Microservices. Proficiency in Java, Spring, Selenium, Postman, and performance testing is essential for this role.
