US - Sales and Use Tax

Responsibilities for Internal Candidates

• Perform reconciliation of Sales and Use Tax accounts and compute tax liability.
• Client communication, issues resolution, team handling, contacting DORs, Notice Management, Preparation/Filing reviews, conducting trainings to team members.
• Prepare Tax returns and payment of Tax dues to state jurisdictions
• Payment Reconciliations between due, paid, credits
• Prepare monthly tax accruals for all qualifying expenses.
• Stakeholder management
• Responsible for meeting agreed SLAs
• Prepare SOPs and training materials.
• Running SAP Report Extracts
• Reviewing AR and G/L for jurisdictional Taxes
• Knowledge of Vertex and Vertex Imports

Qualifications for Internal Candidates

• Graduate or Postgraduate in Finance/Accounting and Tax
