Assistant Manager-Strategy & Transformation

Role Overview: As the Assistant Manager of Strategy & Transformation, you will be responsible for supporting the Manager of Business Transformation in creating program visibility for the Managing Director. You will play a crucial role in providing timely updates on initiative progress and risks, managing initiative-specific tracking, and collaborating with stakeholders to unblock and streamline processes. Your tasks will also include analyzing and consolidating data, creating actionable insights, accurate reporting, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators and progress across workstreams. Key Responsibilities: - Provide timely updates on initiative progress and risks to the Managing Director - Manage initiative-specific tracking for timelines, milestones, and deliverables - Collaborate with stakeholders to unblock and streamline processes - Analyze and consolidate data to offer actionable insights and accurate reporting - Create dashboards and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators and progress - Facilitate alignment sessions with initiative owners and stakeholders - Document key decisions and ensure consistency of data and actions across reports and dashboards - Create internal stakeholder visibility for the program and prepare external communication materials as necessary Qualification Required: - Full-Time MBA qualification is compulsory - Proficiency in English and Hindi is required - 3 to 9 years of experience in a similar role - Strong exposure to Sales, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management - Good communication skills and clarity of thought in terms of strategy - Stable career history with minimal job changes - Strong data analytical skills and working knowledge of Excel Note: Only local candidates with a 30 to 45-day notice period will be considered for this position. Experience in industries such as FMCD, Consumer Durable, Electrical, FMCG, FMEG, Luggage, Building Material, or Automobile is preferred. IT or digital experience will not be considered for this role.,
