Job Description

Dear Candidate,

We have an urgent job opening for one of our well known client.

Location-Hoskote (Karnataka)

Designation-Assistant Manager-Site Engineer

Status- Permanent

The Site Engineer will be responsible for on-ground execution, monitoring, and coordination of all construction activities at the project site. Acting as the bridge between design intent and actual build, the Site Engineer ensures that work is carried out in line with approved drawings, specifications, timelines, safety norms, and quality standards. This role demands a high degree of technical knowledge, problem-solving capability, and strong coordination skills to meet project delivery objectives

Conduct site surveys, check levels, and verify readiness for construction activities. Identify any site-specific constraints or risks and escalate appropriately.

Technical Proficiency: Proficient in AutoCAD and Staad Pro for reading and reviewing designs; MS Office for reporting and documentation.

Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise between site teams, contractors, and project management.
Project Execution Skills: Ability to monitor, track, and control execution progress as per schedule and specifications.
Problem-Solving: Aptitude to identify and resolve technical/site-related issues swiftly.
Quality & Safety Orientation: Committed to ensuring quality construction and a safe working environment at all times.
Team Supervision: Ability to guide foremen, technicians, and labor teams towards meeting daily productivity targets.
Adaptability: Flexibility to handle fast-track projects and changing priorities.
