Position: Assistant Manager – Chemical Sales

1. Job Purpose

To develop and maintain customer relationships, promote chemical products, generate new business opportunities, and achieve sales targets by managing existing and prospective clients.

2. Required Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in chemical sales and marketing.
• Candidates with experience in the hospital industry, corporate offices, and industrial sectors will be preferred.
• Candidates with a pharmaceutical or chemical educational background will be preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships.

3. Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell chemical products to existing and prospective clients.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate potential leads.
• Visit hospitals, corporate offices, industries, and other potential customers to promote products.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable chemical products.
• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow up with clients.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for timely product delivery and customer support.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
• Ensure regular follow-ups to retain existing customers and increase sales.

• Strong experience in chemical sales.
• Exposure to hospital, pharmaceutical, industrial, or corporate sectors.
• Good client relationship management skills.
• Target-oriented and capable of independently handling sales activities.
