Assistant Manager - Sales & Marketing

Job Title: Sales Executive – Personal Loans & Overdraft (OD)

Job Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Personal Loans and Overdraft (OD) facilities.
• Contact potential customers through calls, field visits, references, and other sales channels.
• Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, processing fees, and repayment terms.
• Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and banking teams for application processing and disbursement.
• Follow up with customers from lead generation to final loan approval and disbursement.
• Achieve monthly sales targets for Personal Loans and OD products.
• Maintain customer relationships and provide assistance throughout the loan application process.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, banking regulations, and KYC requirements.
• Maintain daily sales reports, customer records, and pipeline updates.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹52,000.00 per month
