Role & responsibilities:

Good Knowledge in Pharma (API/ Formulation) capex Procurement
Experienced in Ensuring timely supply of API Process and Utility Equipment

Safety Material, Fire Hydrant, HVAC, CRP, Electrical, Instrumentation, All Service-Related Works in line with production schedule.

Good Experience in Selection of appropriate supplier and negotiating with supplier and strong knowledge in new supplier searching Create adequate source & Supplier identification.
High levels of integrity & professionalism in transactions & conduct with

suppliers.
Responsible Preparation & Execution of purchase order and sending the same to suppliers & sub-contractors.
Experienced in Department Coordination & Inter Departmental Relations.
Coordinating with Project Dept. to meet customer priorities.
Coordinating with Financing Dept. For Supplier payment
Preparation of Weekly & Monthly Purchase reports, and Yearly presentation.
