1. Sales & Counter Operations- Support in achieving daily / monthly sales target of the outlets- Drive up selling, increase penetration and ATV (Average Transaction Value)- Monitor counter sales, billing, and cash handling- Ensure total control on inventory and stock at the counter
2. Customer Service & Quality- Ensure excellent customer service with quality products- Handle customer complaints / escalations on shift and resolve on priority- Ensure high professional standards of service at all outlets
3. Team Management & Discipline- Manage stewards / counter staff on shift- rostering, deployment, break planning- Ensure proper grooming, neat & clean uniform, and personal hygiene of staff- Maintain discipline of team as per company rules & airport regulations- Retention, motivation, coaching, and counselling of team members- Provide documented feedback to reporting team members
4. Outlet Hygiene & Standards- Ensure cleanliness of outlet, counter, seating area, and back area- Ensure FSSAI, hygiene, and airport safety standards are followed- Check daily opening / closing checklist.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
