1. Communication & Negotiation - Strong presentation skills and client relationship management.

2. Adept at driving revenue growth, managing full project lifecycles and fostering strong client relationships

3. Business Development - Lead generation, strategic partnerships, and revenue maximisation.

4. Handling Electrical Contractors, Consultants, and Solar Power Promoters,

5. Identifying New Potential Markets and Customers

6. Payment Collections and follow-up

7. Handle all operations independently and gather market information

8. Achieve Monthly targets of order booking and reporting.

9. Attend Customer calls and perform email communications.

10. Knowledge of the ERP system

11. Manage industrial marketing activities for transformers

12. Coordinate end-to-end order execution and ensure timely delivery.

13. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify

business opportunities.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have 7 - 10 years of Sales & Marketing experience in a manufacturing company (preferred TRANSFORMER industry).

Must be a BE / B Tech or Diploma holder in Electrical Engineering.

Must know Hindi & English. Must also know either Kannada or Marathi.
