Assistant Manager Maintenance (Mechanical-Electrical)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing plant operations and maintenance in the DISA Moulding department. Your role will involve implementing company safety standards, ensuring equipment availability as per production plans, coordinating with the head office, managing the entire moulding process, and handling site issues effectively. It is essential to have experience in managing plant DISA moulding and maintenance activities in a non-ferrous plant. You must possess in-depth knowledge of critical plant equipment, drive improvements in moulding, melting, and casting processes, and prioritize health, safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development. Key Responsibilities: - Implement company safety standards in plant operations - Ensure equipment availability as per production/business plans - Demonstrate skill and knowledge of standards like IATF and IMS - Lead and coordinate with the head office for efficient operations - Manage the entire moulding process and address site issues promptly - Oversee plant DISA moulding and maintenance activities in a non-ferrous plant - Drive improvements in moulding, melting, and casting equipment Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) - 8 to 12 years of relevant experience - Preferably have experience in DISA high-pressure moulding line maintenance - Age between 35 to 45 years old Please send your profiles to murugesh@vsupportsolutions.in if you are interested in this opportunity.
