Assistant Manager Maintenance (Mechanical-Electrical)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing plant operations and maintenance, specifically focusing on DISA Moulding. Your main tasks will include implementing company safety standards, ensuring equipment availability as per production plans, and coordinating with the Head Office. Additionally, you will be managing the entire Moulding process, handling site issues, and overseeing Maintenance activities of the Non-ferrous Plant. Your role will also involve driving improvements in Moulding, Melting, and Casting equipment processes while prioritizing health, safety, environmental responsibility, and sustainable development. Key Responsibilities: - Implement company safety standards - Ensure equipment availability as per production plans - Coordinate with the Head Office - Manage the entire Moulding process and handle site issues - Oversee Maintenance activities of the Non-ferrous Plant - Drive improvements in Moulding, Melting, and Casting equipment processes Qualifications Required: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) or Bachelor of Engineering (BE) - 8 to 12 years of experience in a relevant field - Preferably, experience in DISA High pressure moulding line maintenance - Age between 35 to 45 years Note: Interested candidates can send their profiles to murugesh@vsupportsolutions.in.
