Assistant Manager Legal & Compliance (M&S)

You will be responsible for supporting in the identification, assignment, evaluation, and updation of compliance obligations at TSL. You will also provide knowledge support through advisory and training to the assigned business divisions/units. Additionally, you will offer legal support to the assigned units by managing documentations and providing guidance to internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Support in the identification, assignment, evaluation, and updation of compliance obligations - Provide advisory and training to the assigned business divisions/units - Manage documentations and offer guidance to internal stakeholders - Conduct legal research and drafting - Interact independently with clients - Have a good understanding of various commercial and procedural laws Qualifications Required: - B.A.LLB or LLB Hons.
