Assistant Manager Information System

As an Assistant Manager in MIS Reporting, FEMA Compliance & Financial Analysis at our company in Udaipur, your role will involve preparing management reports, ensuring compliance with FEMA and regulatory requirements, and supporting financial planning and decision-making processes. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports for management review. - Track and monitor key financial metrics, variances, and performance indicators. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes. - Develop and improve reporting templates and dashboards for management insights. - Ensure compliance with FEMA regulations, RBI guidelines, and statutory requirements. - Handle reporting for foreign remittances, overseas investments, ECBs, and share allotments. - Liaise with banks, consultants, and regulatory authorities for FEMA-related documentation and filings. - Conduct financial analysis, including profitability, cost, and cash flow analysis. - Assist in business planning, financial modeling, and investment evaluation. - Support internal and statutory audits by providing necessary information and schedules. - Ensure adherence to accounting standards and internal control procedures. - Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities. - Participate in process improvements and automation initiatives in the finance function. Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) qualified from ICAI. - 2 years of post-qualification experience in MIS, FEMA compliance, and financial analysis. - Experience in a multinational or export-oriented organization will be an added advantage. Key Skills & Competencies: - Strong knowledge of FEMA regulations, RBI compliance, and corporate finance. - Hands-on experience with MIS reporting and financial analysis tools (Excel, Power BI preferred). - Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills. - Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. - Good understanding of accounting principles and financial systems (e.g., SAP / Tally / ERP).,
