Urgent Hiring – Assistant Manager HR (Plant HR)
Location: Ludhiana
Industry: Automobile Manufacturing

We are urgently hiring an Assistant Manager – HR with 5–7 years of plant HR experience.

Preference: Male (Sikh preferred)
Industry Exposure: Automobile industry only
Qualification: MBA HR / MSW
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end plant HR operations
Payroll, PF, ESI & statutory compliance
HR audits, IATF, SHE & system audits
Manpower planning & deployment
Training & development
Grievance handling & disciplinary actions
