Job Description

As an experienced professional with 5 to 9 years of experience, the role requires you to ensure Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Adherence by coordinating with external vendors to comply with local labor laws and tax regulations. You will collaborate with internal and external audit teams for regular reviews and reporting. Additionally, you will support annual activities such as CTC restructuring due to Mediclaim, Life Insurance renewals, and appraisal cycles. Your responsibilities will also include MIS & Data Reporting, where you will be involved in Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination. Moreover, you will be driving Process Improvement & Automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience. To excel in this role, you must possess the following Mandatory Skills & Competencies: - Analytical & Reporting Skills: Proficient in data analysis, reporting, and audit preparation. - Communication & Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate across functions and regions. - Confidentiality & Integrity: High ethical standards in handling sensitive employee data. - Exposure to automation tools and digital HR platforms. - Strong project management and self-organization skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
