Assistant Manager HR (Payroll & Compliance)

As an experienced professional with 5 to 9 years of experience, the role requires you to ensure Statutory Compliance & Regulatory Adherence by coordinating with external vendors to comply with local labor laws and tax regulations. You will collaborate with internal and external audit teams for regular reviews and reporting. Additionally, you will support annual activities such as CTC restructuring due to Mediclaim, Life Insurance renewals, and appraisal cycles. Your responsibilities will also include MIS & Data Reporting, where you will be involved in Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination. Moreover, you will be driving Process Improvement & Automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and employee experience.
