Assistant Manager-FP&A-Bengaluru

As an Accounting, Reporting, Audit support, and FP&A professional, your role will involve managing timely and accurate accounting and financial reporting for the entity under IND AS GAAP. Your strong attention to detail and analytical skills will be crucial in efficiently catering to the reporting requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly financial close and reporting, including general ledger review, monthly account reconciliations, and collating reporting inputs. - Perform month-end close functions through the ERP accounting system under the direction of the Corporate Reporting Head. - Coordinate with the Client team to review the general ledger and reconcile all Balance Sheet Items, including Intercompany balances. - Prepare period-end financial reports for the management team and Financial statements under IND AS, including schedules, notes, and disclosures. - Support and coordinate with auditors to ensure smooth and timely audit closure. In the FP&A aspect of your role, you will: - Assist with annual budgeting and preparation of the annual operating plan. - Prepare period-end variance analysis with budgets for management review. Qualification Required: - CA qualification with 2/3 years of experience post-qualification.
