Assistant Manager - Engineering (HVAC)

As an Engineer at our company, your role will involve efficiently managing the Engineering Department to align with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards. Your primary objective will be to ensure that employee, guest, and owner expectations are met by maintaining the department's operations according to the prescribed standards. You will also support the Director of Engineering in upholding the department's efficient and cost-effective functioning, delivering essential services to assist all other departments, and preserving the optimal condition of equipment, building, and grounds. Your key responsibilities will include: - Ensuring the efficient operation of the Engineering Department in compliance with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards - Collaborating with the Director of Engineering to maintain the department's efficient and cost-effective operations - Providing necessary services to support the functioning of all other departments - Preserving the equipment, building, and grounds in their best condition To qualify for this role, you should have: - A degree or diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering and/or Building Management - Proficiency in preventive maintenance programs and executing special projects - Technical expertise in air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration systems, fire main systems, sprinklers, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics would be advantageous.,
