Assistant Manager (EIA Division)

The suitable candidate for the position of Environment Officer should possess a background in Environmental Science, holding a degree of M.Sc or M.Tech. The primary responsibilities will include conducting site visits, preparing applications for the grant of Environmental Clearance (EC) and Terms of Reference (TOR) for projects specific to various sectors, writing Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) reports, presenting at State Level Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEAC) or State Level Environment Appraisal Committee (EAC), and ensuring follow-ups on necessary actions. Additionally, experience in Mining Plan development, proficiency in preparing maps using AutoCAD and toposheets, along with prior exposure to the mining sector will be considered advantageous for this role.
