Assistant Manager - DevOps Engineering

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Atlassian-related project requests raised by users within the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). You will coordinate with the vendor team and support the Atlassian migration from Data Center to Cloud. Being self-driven, you will work on team-wise initiatives in a timely manner, identify system issues, provide creative solutions, and work on their implementation. Your role will involve managing day-to-day operational activities independently within the Atlassian platform (Jira & Confluence), including troubleshooting and user management. To excel in this position, you must hold a Bachelor's Degree in System Administration/IT or equivalent. Knowledge in Cloud Computing, DevOps, and Agile methodologies, along with an understanding of software development lifecycle related processes, is essential. Ideally, you should have 3-5 years of work experience operating Atlassian products (Data Center or Cloud) with knowledge of APIs, web hooks, and integrations. Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities are crucial for success in this role. A willingness to learn and adapt to changes is a must, along with fluency in both spoken and written English.
