you will oversee all design activities, provide strategic direction to the design team, and ensure the successful execution of projects that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Expertise in design principles, codes, and standards related to pressure vessels (e.g., ASME, PED)
Knowledge of executing job as per international codes like ASME SEC VIII
6-10 years of professional experience in design management, preferably in pressure vessel/process Equipment's -ANFD, Centrifuge manufacturing or a similar engineering domain
Strong leadership skills to mentor and develop a team of talented designers
B.E./B.Tech Mechanical, Masters in Mechanical Engineering adds value
Proficiency in Designing software such as AutoCAD, Solid Work/Solid Edge
