Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive assessment of regulatory updates, at central level and state level.
  • Responsible for obtaining all project related statuary approval for smooth commissioning of the project. (like, CEIG approval, Forest NOC, PTCC approval, charging code for Tx line etc).
  • Tracking CTU and STU upcoming substation and applying connectivity for our upcoming project.
  • Preparing connectivity document, as per advisory given by CTU and STU to apply connectivity.
  • Regularly attending JCC meeting of CTU as well as stakeholder meeting organized by CTU on monthly basis.
  • Responsible for project registration, and obtaining their connectivity in state like Rajasthan, Gujarat.
  • Coordinate with internal department for the required data to update the status on current as well as upcoming project.
  • Taking care of dispute related to PPA such as energy shortfall or any billing related issues which occur in between.
  • Filling of new petition and reviewing existing petition and provider necessary support and input to Legal Team.
  • Prepare Regulatory & Policy flow charts for different types of projects.
  • Liaising with government bodies for obtaining S T U NOCs, RE-Park Registration, Open access approval, accreditation for renewable energy projects.
  • Responsible for sell of open access power in exchange GDAM, DAM, RTM market on daily basis.
  • Developed and maintained relationships with Central and State Governments regulatory bodies, (like CTU, CERC, CEA, SECI, NRLDC, NTPC, RRECL RVPN, GETCO, GEDA) and also with private sector power producers.
