Assistant Manager - Corporate Finance & Treasury

As a Treasury Manager at our company, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of treasury operations and ensuring optimal utilization of funds. Your key responsibilities will include: - Monitoring and managing daily cash positions across banks and entities to maximize fund utilization. - Overseeing internal and external data management processes for accuracy and compliance, and preparing timely reports. - Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and contractual covenants, and proactively addressing potential breaches. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions for financing and trade transactions. - Handling issuance and amendment of Letters of Credit (LC) and Bank Guarantees (BG). - Monitoring FX exposures and coordinating timely booking of hedging instruments. - Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual treasury MIS including cash flow statements and debt schedules. - Supporting in managing working capital loans and term loans. - Ensuring accuracy in treasury-related accounting and reconciliations. Qualifications required for this role: - Qualified CA or MBA with 2-6 years of experience in treasury operations, working capital management, and trade finance. - Proficiency in LC/BG issuance, banking documentation, and online banking portals. - Experience in treasury accounting, cash flow forecasting, and MIS preparation. - High integrity, ethical standards, and problem-solving abilities. - Experience in fast-paced environments with a focus on delivering high-quality results.,
