Assistant Manager - Business Development

Role Overview

QRST Medical is looking for a hands-on Marketing & Brand Manager to coordinate and execute the company's complete marketing requirements across branding, digital marketing, lead generation, content, events and sales-support activities.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and execute the overall marketing calendar and campaigns.

· Coordinate digital and performance marketing, including Meta, Google and lead-generation campaigns.

· Manage brand communication, social media, website and content requirements.

· Coordinate creatives, AI/video content, product videos and doctor/patient testimonials.

· Support product launches, PR, awareness campaigns and promotional activities.

· Coordinate CMEs, exhibitions, conferences, roadshows and doctor engagement programs.

· Develop marketing material to support direct sales, Experience Centers, resellers and distributors.

· Manage marketing agencies, designers, video teams and other external vendors.

· Coordinate closely with Sales/BD and monitor leads, campaign performance, CPL and conversions.

· Maintain consistent QRST branding across all communication and marketing channels.

Candidate Profile

· 4-7 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing or Digital Marketing.

· Strong understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.

· Good creative and brand-management capabilities.

· Strong coordination and project-management skills.

· Healthcare, medical devices, wellness, hospitals or health-tech experience preferred.

Must be hands-on and execution-oriented, with the ability to independently coordinate multiple marketing activities.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹67,000.00 per month
