Assistant Manager - Business Development

Your Tasks:

• Drive revenue growth from FMCG manufacturers, food processors, brands, retail chains, and allied industries in Gujarat, West Region and North East Region.
• Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers including Quality Heads, R&D Heads, Procurement Teams, Regulatory Affairs Managers, and Plant Leadership.
• Promote TV SD's portfolio of services including:
• Food & FMCG Testing
• Regulatory Compliance Services
• Inspection Services
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets.
• Generate new business opportunities through market mapping, customer visits, networking events, industry associations, and referrals.
• Prepare commercial proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry requirements.
• Collaborate with technical and operational teams to ensure timely service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and CRM records.
• Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor's Degree in Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Business, or related discipline.
• MBA in Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
• 5-8 years of B2B sales/business development experience.
• Proven experience in selling services to FMCG, Food, Beverage, Personal Care, or Consumer Goods companies.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance, testing, certification, or regulatory compliance services is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong network within Gujarat's FMCG ecosystem will be highly advantageous.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive business growth.

CTC Range – 7 to 10 LPA

Location – West Region (Gujarat based), Northeast Region
