Projects Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Project Planning and Design

    : • Coordinate with Architect for drawings & BOQ as per defined SOP. • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and technical requirements. • Develop engineering designs and associated facilities.
  2. Project Execution and Management

    : • Oversee the construction, installation, and commissioning of project infrastructure. • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement timely resolutions.
  3. Quality Assurance and Safety

    : • Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure infrastructure meets industry standards. • Enforce safety protocols and best practices to protect personnel and the public during construction and operation.
  4. Resource Management

    : • Work with procurement teams to source equipment, materials, and services required for projects. • Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
  5. Budget Monitoring and Cost Control

    : • MIS • Develop project budgets and track to maintain cost-effectiveness. • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising on project quality.
  6. Stakeholder Communication

    : • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
  7. Documentation and Reporting

    : • Maintain accurate project documentation, including design files, permits, and reports. • Prepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (5 - 9 years) in managing major building related construction projects or related Airport infrastructure projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of technology, equipment, and safety protocols.
  4. Proficiency in CAD software and project management tools.
  5. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment
