Assistant HR Business Partner

You will be working as an Assistant/Jr. HRBP at Lower Parel, Mumbai, where you will be responsible for HR Business Partnership. This involves acting as a trusted advisor to assigned business units, understanding their goals and challenges, and providing HR insights and solutions to support them effectively. Your role will also include managing the Employee Lifecycle by supporting processes such as onboarding, confirmation, transfers, and offboarding. You will be involved in career development conversations and efforts to enhance employee retention within the organization. Employee Engagement & Welfare will be another key area of focus where you will organize and participate in engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms. Your aim will be to promote a positive work culture through regular interactions and various initiatives. In terms of Performance & Talent Management, you will support performance review processes, goal-setting exercises, and talent identification programs. Your responsibilities will also include tracking employee performance trends and providing valuable insights to managers to facilitate decision-making. Policy & Compliance will be an essential aspect of your role where you will ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws. Educating employees and managers on HR policies and procedures will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will be involved in Data Management & Reporting by maintaining HR data accuracy on HR systems (HRMS/HRIS) and preparing regular reports and analytics for HR dashboards and business reviews. To qualify for this position, you should have 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar HR Generalist role. Good communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential requirements for this role.
