Assistant Fashion Designer

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Fashion Designer who understands the balance between feminine design and streetwear sensibilities. Someone who can translate moodboards into wearable, trend-forward pieces, and work closely with the founder to build a cohesive women’s line.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design women’s feminine-streetwear apparel.
• Create moodboards, concepts, sketches, tech packs, and detailed design sheets.
• Select fabrics, trims, and washes aligned with brand direction.
• Collaborate with sampling units and vendors to ensure accurate prototypes & final fits.
• Conduct trend research across global and Indian markets.
• Ensure designs balance aesthetics, comfort, and commercial viability.
• Assist in production planning, quality checks, and improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience in women’s wear or streetwear design (freshers with strong portfolios welcomed).
• Strong understanding of silhouettes, fabric behavior, and construction.
• Ability to sketch (digital or hand), develop tech packs, and communicate clearly with vendors.
• Awareness of global streetwear trends, youth culture, and feminine styling.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and proactive.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, founder-led environment.

• Someone who understands "feminine streetwear" - not overtly girly, not heavy streetwear, but a clean blend of both.
• A designer who loves experimenting with color, cuts, and texture.
• A problem-solver who enjoys building from scratch and iterating.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
