Role Overview: You will be responsible for processing State Office invoices in a timely manner and submitting branch expenses on a monthly basis. Additionally, you will maintain and update the Invoice Pendency Tracker, review and verify supporting documents for invoices from State Office employees, and maintain records of all invoices in the ERP system. Key Responsibilities: - Process State Office invoices in a timely manner and submit branch expenses on a monthly basis. - Maintain and update the Invoice Pendency Tracker. - Review and verify supporting documents for invoices from State Office employees, including travel and other expenses. - Maintain records of all invoices in ERP system. Qualifications: - B. Com with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting, and exposure to SAP/ERP software.
