Assistant Engineer ( Electrical )

TIDEL is looking for a dynamic and high-performing professional for the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) for Trichy & Madurai Project. The position will be on a fixed term contract basis, renewable every year based on the satisfactory performance of the candidate for upto three years and extendable for further period as decided by the Board of Directors. HVAC, FAS, FPS, PAS, IBMS) of execution High Rise / IT Park infrastructure projects. Trichy- 1 vacancy Madurai - 1 vacancy Role & responsibilities: : Day to Day monitoring the work done by the PMC. Send reports to Head Office periodically. Countersign the bill submitted by EC and submit the same to Head Office. Follow up action and submitting statutory requirements as per the instruction given by the EE. Supply and Installation of Electrical, Mechanical (Lifts & HVAC) and IBMS (Integrated Building Management Systems) functions. Maintaining project details and revenue records etc. Assist the EE for selection of other new projects in other districts. Preferred candidate profile : The qualification prescribed should have been obtained by passing the required qualification in the order of studies, i.e, Matriculation/ SSLC/equivalent - HSC/Diploma/equivalent - UG Degree PG Degree / Professional Qualification, as the case may be, from any institution recognized by Government or competent Government agencies. All qualifications shall be based on full time studies only The selected candidate shall be ordinarily residing in Chennai during the term of contract, i.e., Chennai shall be considered the home station during the period of engagement TIDEL at its discretion can transfer or send the selected candidate on deputation to its joint ventures/ subsidiaries/ promoter companies/ other institutions
