Assistant cum Makeup Artist – Job Description

We are looking for a talented and dedicated Assistant cum Makeup Artist to join our salon team. The candidate will assist senior artists and perform makeup and beauty services to ensure clients have a professional and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior makeup artists during bridal, party, and event makeups.
• Perform basic to advanced makeup services as per client requirements.
• Help in preparing clients — cleansing, priming, and setting up products.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of makeup tools and workstation.
• Suggest makeup looks and products suitable for different skin types and occasions.
• Assist in daily salon operations, appointments, and client handling when needed.
• Stay updated with the latest makeup trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Ensure a friendly, comfortable, and professional experience for clients.

Requirements

• Experience or training in professional makeup (bridal/party).
• Basic knowledge of beauty and skincare preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Neat appearance, creativity, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work under supervision and in a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
