Assistant - Call Centres

As a Call Center Agent at Apollo Hospitals, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to customers by handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Your role will involve understanding customer requirements, providing accurate information, and creating a positive experience for each caller. You will need to effectively communicate with customers, escalate issues that require immediate attention, and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Understand customers" requirements and provide complete and accurate information. - Communicate effectively with customers. - Assign cases to other queues with proper justification. - Strive to meet or exceed call center metrics while providing excellent customer service. - Escalate customer problems to the team lead when necessary. Qualifications Required: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with internal and external customers. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). - Knowledge of English, Hindi, and additional languages is preferred. - Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain a positive attitude while providing exemplary customer service. - Typing skills and the ability to work independently to complete assignments. Graduation is mandatory for this position, and experience in a call center is preferred.
