About the Role

Vani Kabir Multiverse Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative, commercially aware and detail-oriented Assistant Brand Manager to contribute to the development and growth of its brand.

We are looking for someone who understands what goes into building a distinctive brand beyond advertising and social media. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand positioning, identity, storytelling, consumer behaviour and creative communication.

You will work closely with the leadership and creative teams to strengthen the brand's identity, maintain consistency and execute initiatives that enhance its overall market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies and positioning.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity, tone of voice and visual communication across all touchpoints.
• Conceptualise and coordinate brand-building campaigns, creative projects and launches.
• Develop brand communication, storytelling and messaging strategies.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and consumer trend studies.
• Work closely with design, content, product and social media teams to ensure cohesive brand communication.
• Oversee creative briefs and ensure deliverables align with brand guidelines.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen brand perception and customer experience.
• Support product launches, collaborations, brand partnerships and other brand initiatives.
• Monitor brand presence and identify areas for improvement and development.

What We Are Looking For

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in brand management, branding or brand development.
• Strong understanding of brand positioning, identity and communication.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good aesthetic sense and understanding of creative direction.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on with execution.
• Strong research, organisational and project coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.

Experience with premium, luxury, lifestyle, fashion, beauty or D2C brands will be an advantage.

Important Clarification

This is primarily a branding and brand development role.

We are specifically looking for candidates with experience in organic brand-building, brand communication, positioning, storytelling and creative strategy.

This is not a performance marketing or paid advertising position. Candidates whose primary expertise is media buying, paid campaigns or lead generation may not be suitable for this role.

Compensation & Work Details

• Salary range: ₹40,000–₹60,000 per month.
• ₹60,000 is the maximum budget and compensation will depend on experience, capabilities and interview assessment.
• Full-time, in-office position.
• Location: Gurugram, Haryana.
