ASSISTANT BDM

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Assistant Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will support the Business Development Manager in identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of market trends, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. Key Responsibilities 1. Market Research & Analysis Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, industry trends, and potential clients. Analyze competitor activities and market conditions to develop strategies for growth. 2. Client Relationship Management Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Respond to client inquiries and provide solutions to meet their needs. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure client satisfaction. 3. Proposal Development Support the creation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches for new clients. Work closely with the Business Development Manager to tailor proposals to client requirements. 4. Sales Support Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Track and report on sales performance metrics. Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 5. Collaboration & Coordination Work closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, operations) to ensure alignment on business development goals. Coordinate with the finance team to ensure accurate pricing and profitability analysis. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare regular reports on business development activities, progress, and outcomes. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business opportunities in the CRM system. 7. Networking & Events Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. Build a network of industry contacts to generate leads and partnerships. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
