Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Assist in baking cakes, cupcakes, and desserts as per orders and recipes.

Help in frosting, decoration, and finishing of cakes using buttercream, ganache, and fondant.

Support in creating sugar art, figurines, and themed designs for custom cakes.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area.

Prepare ingredients, measure quantities accurately, and ensure timely production.

Pack and label finished products as per Moni’s Cakes quality standards.

Assist in inventory and stock management of raw materials.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in cake baking and decorating (home bakers also welcome).

Knowledge of fondant and sugar craft is a must.

Understanding of flavor combinations, textures, and baking basics.

Should be creative, disciplined, and detail-oriented.

Ability to work in a team and meet delivery timelines.

Education:

Diploma or certification in Baking & Confectionery preferred (not mandatory if skilled).
