Assistant Architect

• Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and concept designs for residential and commercial projects.
  
• Work with senior architects to develop GFC (Good for Construction) and working drawings.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams and consultants for design accuracy and project alignment.
  
• Ensure compliance with

  local bye-laws, NBC norms

  , and

  Development Authority regulations (GDA, NOIDA, etc.)

  .
• Prepare

  sanction drawings

  , FAR calculations, and submission documents for authority approvals.
• Create 2D/3D visualizations and presentation materials using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion.
  
• Conduct site visits for design verification and execution support.
  
• Maintain drawing records and assist in documentation for project approvals.
  

Requirements:

• Qualification:

  B.Arch (M.Arch preferred).

• Experience:

  25 years in architectural design within the

  real estate/construction

  industry.
• Knowledge of

  GDA and local authority building regulations

  .
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and MS Office.
  
• Strong design detailing, coordination, and documentation skills.
